I have one printer and 2 computers, can I share the printer without networking the computers?

Is there any king of splitter or something that I can buy so that I don’t have to be constantly switching usb cords on the printer?

What you need is an A/B switch for your printer. This will automatically switched to the computer that is sending the data to be print. Here’s the link.
