Can anybody suggest books on Fuzzy Logic, Neural Networks and Neuro-Fuzzy for beginners?

I’m looking for books and e-books on the above mentioned topics, preferrably for beginners.

Neural Networks:

“Neural Networks for Statistical Analysis” by Murray Smith

(Don’t let the title fool you: this text is very accessible.)
“Advanced Methods in Neural Computing” by Wasserman

In general, if one is interested in machine learning, I recommend:
